We have a proposed date for COVID vaccinations in the College as Thursday 3rd March 2022. The session is for students who are aged 12-15 and require their 2nd vaccination, or for students who wish to have their 1st dose. Parents will be receiving from Pupil Services consent forms in the coming weeks.
The 12-15 COVID immunisation team are visiting the School on the following date:
Thursday 3rd March
The sessions will be for students who are due their 2nd COVID vaccination or wish to have their 1st, Students who are able to have the vaccine at the session are;
· Aged 12-15
· Were absent from school on our previous sessions and missed their 1st vaccine
· Has not tested positive for COVID 12 weeks prior to session.
· Has received their 1st vaccine 12 weeks prior to the session.
This is to give all students a chance at receiving a vaccination if they would like one.
Consent forms will be sent in due course. The final deadline for ALL consent forms to be returned to the school is: Monday 28th February.
